According to the subscribers to RonFineman's On The Record, it is Channel 4's Patrick Healy. He won best field reporter for the third year in a row, edging past Channel 7's David Jackson. That's the only entry on the current OTR, along with this note from Fineman:
I just had my sixth chemo infusion on Tuesday, and it's left me pretty tired and not too alert. I should be fine on Monday. Thanks for understanding."
