The Garment and Citizen, which monitors things downtown, has a little feature this week on St. Vincent's Court, the semi-secret alley street behind the former Bullock's store (now a jewelry mart) at 7th and Broadway. It's being cleaned up, with fresh paint on the shops and restaurants and new blacktop. It would seem that being featured on Huell Howser has sparked a bit of a renaissance.
