New York Post gossips aren't impressed with Us Weekly's choice of reporter for the Michael Jackson case. Says Page Six:

If you're expecting hard-hitting coverage of the child sex-abuse charges against Michael Jackson from Us Weekly, think again. The mag's point man on the story is Ian Drew, a West Coast reporter who's been best buddies with Wacko Jacko for more than a decade. Drew's already raised eyebrows with his shrill defense of the ghoulish pop star on various news shows. His recent performance on Fox News Channel was so over-the-top that the network had to cut him off. A rep for Us insists, "He was presenting his opinion on Michael . . . We feel he was objective."

Jackson has a statement proclaiming his innocence on a new official website.
