One contributor even endorses the Third Street Promenade-adjacent Hennessey & Ingalls in Santa Monica as best bookstore. ("Los Angeles" is defined rather loosely, but the choice is solid.) Also on the site, Will Campbell admirably uses Shocknek as a verb and explains it for newcomers.
