Forest Lawn should ignore this trend

The Sunset Hill Memorial Park in Apple Valley, where cowboy movie legends Roy Rogers and Dale Evans are buried, is replacing its grass with artificial turf. Being in the Mojave Desert, the owners expect to save big on water expenses. Some say L.A. is in a desert, but let's hope the cemeteries around here don't embrace this travesty of taste.
