The Spanish-language papers, caught up in the inflated circulation scandal at Tribune Company, say that "eliminating positions is part of Hoy's effort to ensure long-term success-both journalistically and as a business." I'm told an article in yesterday's Hoy says 20 positions are affected in Los Angeles.
