Blame the lollipops. At least some Variety subscribers didn't get their morning fix until late Thursday. Apparently the promotional suckers wrapped in with the full-page ad for Kojak stuck up the circulation works. One reader who finally got his paper late in the afternoon, lollipops intact, emailed that he was happy they got the problem licked.
