Hammer resigns, citing health
Russell J. Hammer, president and CEO of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, sent a "message from Rusty" today disclosing he will leave to focus on his "battle against leukemia and a variety of complications resulting from this disease." He will stay until a new president is chosen.
