Rabbi's death called suicide

Rabbi Steven Tucker of Temple Ramat Zion in Northridge died Nov. 10 in a solo car crash in Yosemite National Park that authorities described as a suicide. The Jewish Journal website has a story saying that Tucker left a note and may have been despondent because the temple board apparently planned to replace him. He was mourned at the temple's Friday night services last week. Tucker was buried Tuesday at Mount Sinai Memorial Park in Simi Valley.
