Officers injured
Two LAPD officers from the Mission station were hurt last night when their car crashed into a tree at Sherman Way and Hayvenhurst during a high-speed chase. A freelance photog caught the Van Nuys crash on video. One officer suffered a broken leg, the other abrasions. The car thief suspects they were chasing were arrested by other officers.
