Rodger Jacobs has a profile in Xbiz of Eric Edwards, said to have acted in adult films from the 1960s to the 1990s and recently both homeless with a thirteen-year-old son and suffering from metastasized colon cancer. After living in a tent in the mountains for awhile, they now have a place while Edwards undergoes chemo. "'He is the survivor of the original business,' industry veteran Bill Margold says. 'He is the Babe Ruth of porn."'
My mistake on the date he started: 60s, not 50s.
