Ed Sanders joins Westly
State Controller Steve Westly has hired Ed Sanders as his Director of Public Affairs in Southern California. Sanders used to be chief of staff for then-councilman Martin Ludlow. Westly also added Michael Carter, the ex-COS to state Assemblyman Mark Ridley-Thomas, as Chief Operating Officer for the Controller.
