Perenchio declares victory

Los Angeles billionaire A. Jerrold Perenchio is apparently ready to put Univision Communications up for sale and cash out, the New York Times reports based on unnamed sources. Perenchio is 75 and has built the company into a $10 billion Spanish-language media juggernaut. The LAT follows up.
