Looks as if the Daily News and its sister papers have quietly launched Hollywood Babble On, "where our film, music, TV and Hollywood critics dish out their latest thoughts!" I say quietly because there's no evidence of it (now I see a link) on the Daily News web page, and on the entertainment page it's not yet listed with the paper's earlier On the Red Carpet blog. The first item went up Friday; the last, on Sunday, was a take on President Bush's comments about U.S. journalists in Iraq by television critic David Kronke. The blog is art and graphics-free, and is so plain-wrap with zero links or value-added personality that I have to think it's a premature release. So far Kronke and Valerie Kuklenski have posted all the entries.
