Cary Baker of Sherman Oaks emails that his "KTLA Morning News" on Channel 5 this morning was replaced the first hour by a pitch for a workout video and the second hour by an infomercial for makeup. He passes along his email exchange with the station:

Where was the Morning News today? Was disturbed to see infomercials. I went to the Today Show and stayed there. I could get in the habit of that. Please advise.

The response from Chris Falin:

Yes, we got a phone call about the same thing... We don't know what's happening with Adelphia Cable and Channel 5 but we're trying to find out.
