Just your average L.A. couple

David Peters, 39, and Delilah Clarino, 41, both of Lancaster, were arrested after a pipe bomb was found under the front seat of their car during a traffic stop. That is why all lanes of the southbound Antelope Valley Freeway were closed for a couple of hours this morning. The bomb was taken away and detonated and they are in custody pending $1 million bail each.
