"The racial slur n----- was written on a whiteboard hanging on the door of a resident adviser's room on the third floor...After the slur was erased from the whiteboard, it was re-written...Del Rey North residents said that the wing door to the women's hallway had been broken for about a month prior to the incident, allowing non-residents to enter the hallway."

"Some members of the swim team were captured in pictures doing 'keg stands' and drinking out of sippy cups...Other pictures posted on the internet site www.badjocks.com included women with sexual innuendos written all over their bodies and clothing."
