Well, I can report that Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger beat the mayor back from the National Football League meetings in Texas. Two dark SUV's just pulled over in a red zone on Ocean Park Boulevard and out jumped Arnold. He led a contingent of suits into the Starbucks next to The Counter. Turns out that Santa Monica's governator is partial to macchiato.
