It's hard enough campaigning for state Attorney General against Jerry Brown when no one in Northern California has heard of you or has an opinion. But when you are in your second term, and the TV news in your hometown still can't get the name right—well, you almost have to feel for City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo. It's not him, it's the who cares? nature of his job.
