Here's 23 more of the powerful

The Planning Report didn't think that West magazine's stab at the hundred most powerful Southern Californians went far enough. So TPR's August issue adds 23 more names, among them essential radio voices Warren Olney and Larry Mantle and perhaps the Times' most curious omission, Speaker of the Assembly Fabian Núñez. TPR doesn't call its list the most powerful, but describes its nominations as leaders "whose contributions to and influence on L.A.’s urban fabric cannot be underestimated—or overlooked." Noted: Among them is Brenda Levin, the preservation architect who is married to David Abel, publisher and editor-in-chief of The Planning Report. List after the jump:
