Speaking of museums

Yesterday it was lunch at the Getty, today it's doings at LACMA. Curbed LA got opinion-surveyed on whether the Wilshire institution's name should be changed from Los Angeles County Museum of Art to THE MUSEUM OF ART Los Angeles County. (Uh, no.) Tyler Green at ArtsJournal picks it up there and finds the survey is online. He suggests a couple of names — he thinks The Anschutz Museum, Inc. would be appropriate — and also noticed that LACMA has stopped using the logo that Green found suggestive of a sex toy.
