The Times covers City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo's remarks about Skid Row, the business tax and Measure R at yesterday's Current Affairs Forum, but omits his little dig at a former councilman. Noting that most current council members trying to ease the term limits law were elected because incumbents got forced out, Delgadillo said that without term limits Nate Holden would still be on the council.
