On last Friday's LA Observed Neon Cruise, spontaneous applause broke out on the bus when we sighted the newly lit Griffith Observatory. That was cool. Will Campbell of Blogging.la has cruise pics in his Flickr stream. This shot of the new veranda cafe at the observatory's lower level was taken by Eric Spiegelman during a preview tour this weekend.
