Wilshire & Washington is designed to "highlight the enduring relationship between entertainment and politics. More than a mere curiosity, the intersection of these worlds play out daily in fund raising, celebrity causes, show business lobbying and creative expression." Editor-at-large Ted Johnson will do the daily deed with contributions from reporters at Variety headquarters on the Miracle Mile and in Washington, D.C. The latest entry remarks on Diebold Election Systems attacking the upcoming HBO documentary "Hacking Democracy."
