Korean media: Cho parents try suicide (* updated)
The Los Angeles Korean community has been closely following the news out of Virginia Tech, and Radio Korea here is reporting rumors that the father and mother of Cho Seung Hui have both tried to kill themselves since the shootings. The whereabouts of both parents cannot be verified, KTLA's Yealee Song reports on the station's website.
* Not: KTLA rewrote its story to say the suicide attempt reports were wrong, and that Korea's Yonhap news agency says the parents are hospitalized in Virginia "in shock."
