Opera for $20

Porgy & BessHoping to lure in some new fans, the LA Opera will sell every seat in the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion for $20 at two performances next month. Tickets go on sale today for the Friday, May 18, 7:30 pm performance of Porgy and Bess and the Sunday, May 20, 8:00 pm performance of The Merry Widow. Regular tickets run $30 to $220. Info.
