creditParis Hilton was dragged out the courtroom — weeping and screaming for her mother — and remanded back to the county jail in Lynwood. Unclear to me in all the coverage so far is whether she now faces the full 45 days (minus the five she already got credit for) or the 23 days (minus five) that Sheriff Lee Baca announced even before Hilton checked in the first time. Judge Michael Sauer ordered her re-jailed after the sheriff's department failed to produce evidence of a medical condition. TMZ, LAT, CBS2

Change of venue: TMZ now says Hilton is at the Twin Towers jail downtown, and may stay there in the medical unit over the weekend rather than go back to her solo cell at the regular Lynwood women's jail.
