Improving Westside traffic
Modern traffic signals will be installed at 361 intersections and 33 left-turn arrows added. That's all good, but Councilman Bill Rosendahl should switch to lower-dosage hyperbole pills: "We're in total gridlock on the Westside." Total gridlock?
