First there was GOOD magazine. Now there's GOOD Digital, announced today by founder and COO Ben Goldhirsh. The new unit will be headed by Craig Shapiro, formerly in charge of content strategy and acquisition at Helio. From the flackage:

This new endeavor will focus on extending the online presence of the Film and Magazine groups, create original programming and invest in early stage technology companies that are consistent with the GOOD brand.

To lead this multi-million dollar venture, Goldhirsh – Chief Executive Officer, GOOD – has named Craig Shapiro as President of GOOD Digital. In this role, Shapiro will work in tandem with Reason Pictures and GOOD Magazine to formulate new media strategies and partnerships involving all interactive platforms, including Internet, mobile and television. In addition, Shapiro will identify new business opportunities for GOOD to invest in that complement GOOD's core assets.
