Shopping mall developer Rick Caruso nicked the owners of the Glendale Galleria for $15 million in punitive damages today, on top of the $74 million he picked up last week. The Galleria tried to pressure the Cheesecake Factory not to sign a deal to open next door in Caruso's Americana at Brand development, so he sued. A Superior Court jury saw it Caruso's way. "Justice has prevailed," Caruso said in a release from his company, Caruso Affiliated.
