Points to photographer Gary Leonard for getting the front position at this morning's Joe Torre investiture at Dodger Stadium. But who's Gary giving the evil eye?

Also: Catching up on my reading, Dodgers' spokesman Josh Rawitch blogged that the most accurate account he's seen of what led to Torre becoming the Dodgers manager was by Tim Brown at Yahoo Sports. In that account, Grady Little and GM Ned Colletti clashed on the last day of the season over blame for the Dodgers collapse. They didn't speak for a week or so, during which Colletti — supposedly believing Little was reluctant to return — made an offer to Joe Girardi. When Girardi chose the Yankees' matching offer, the Dodgers began talking to Torre. Little resurfaced to say he did want to stay on, but by then the Dodgers had Torre envy. In today's MLB.com story, Ken Gurnick says the Dodgers bought out the final year of Little's contract.
