I had to be sure she wanted them, but now it can be told: Vicki Kechekian was the first LA Observed subscriber to email for the tickets to the New Year's Eve performance at Walt Disney Hall. She'll be seeing Belinda Carlisle and Rufus Wainwright, compliments of the L.A. Philharmonic.
