Loyola Law gets new dean

Loyola Law School Dean David Burcham has been named provost at Loyola Marymount, a new position at the law school's parent institution. The new interim law dean is Victor Gold, a professor there who also used to be legal analyst for CBS News. One of Burcham's projects in his eight years as dean was the Journalism Law School, a four-day competitive fellowship where reporters learn the ins and outs of constitutional, criminal and civil law.
