The City Council will wait a week to vote on the hike sought by the Department of Water and Power. Time for more ~~politicking~~ study. The Daily News, which has been trying to elevate the rate hike into a big cause for the Valley, live-blogged the debate at the Sausage Factory and got nary a reader comment. The LAT blog post got a couple.
