Teen gets 3 years for SWAT prank
The Washington state 19-year-old who cracked the phone system and got Orange County dispatchers to sent a SWAT team to a home in Lake Forest was sentenced to three years in a California prison. Randal T. Ellis pleaded guilty to felonies including false imprisonment by violence and falsely reporting a crime. LAT
