Susannah Breslin, the former Reverse Cowgirl turned Invisible Cowgirl (and back to Reverse Cowgirl) who we hadn't heard from much lately, does the honors and anoints BoingBoing's Xeni Jardin first. (Jardin used to blog a lot about Breslin, as I recall.) Others tapped as best women bloggers include Tina Brown, Ana Marie Cox and Dooce's Heather Armstrong.
