Another critic down: Andy Klein *

CityBeat and film critic Andy Klein parted ways yesterday, say sources close to the weekly and to Klein. He continues apparently with KPCC's FilmWeek segment and "Off-Ramp." This follows last week's departure of Ella Taylor and Steven Leigh Morris from the LA Weekly, and Jim Farber from the Daily Breeze.

* Klein confirms: "Yes, I've been fired/let go/laid off."
