Black Panthers reunion
Former Los Angeles members of the Black Panther Party for Self Defense got together at the Lucy Florence Coffeehouse and Cultural Center in Leimert Park for a screening of "41st & Central: The Untold Story of the L.A. Black Panthers." Filmmaker Gregory Everett is the son of a former Panther. In the center of the photo is Kathleen Cleaver, the Emory School of Law professor and former Communications Secretary of the party who was married to Eldridge Cleaver.
