Jennifer McLain at the LANG papers in the SGV has pulled together the retiree medical costs facing 24 cities and finds this year's $11 million tab is due to rise dramatically. She has supplemented her weekend story (months in the works) with a PDF list of each city's pension and medical costs. Top of the heap: El Monte.
