If the blogs at the Los Angeles Times website are all about the ratings, the big winner is Elizabeth Snead's The Dish Rag. Her blog packed with items on celebrity culture and hit-attracting keywords such as "Lindsay Lohan," "Perez Hilton" and 'topless" holds the top spot in a daily count of page views that landed in our in-box. It isn't even close. The Dish Rag had double the traffic of #2 blog L.A. Now on the day counted, and more page views than the combined total of Top of the Ticket, the Lakers blog, Dodger Thoughts, Culture Monster, Jacket Copy, The Homicide Report and food blog Daily Dish. (Blogs home) I have to assume these are weekend stats, but even so — only the top few L.A. Times blogs are competitive, traffic-wise, with LA Observed and other local independent sites? I'm shocked. List after the jump.
