Lucky market returns

A few readers have emailed in the last couple of days wondering about the Lucky market that re-appeared at Van Nuys and Sherman Way in the Valley, taking over an Albertsons. It's one of five stores in Southern California that are going back to the Lucky name, with discount prices. Greg Wilcox in the Daily News explains.
