Korda, 69 and a veteran of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, has not been seen since Wednesday, the day before he was supposed to drive from home in Van Nuys to a gig at the Sunset Gower Studios in Hollywood. His 1993 Chevy Geo Metro, license plate 3GPJ453, is also missing. His son, Noah Korda, has been mounting a blog and media campaign seeking information. A court order was obtained to get cell phone records, but as of 6:10 p.m. the younger Korda posts that the waiting continues. Hat tip to LAist

* Monday update: Korda's body was located in the coroner's office on Sunday.
