Photojournalist Jonathan Alcorn captured the conclusive moment when the suspect was shot with a Taser (or Taser-like) charge, bringing to a close today's lengthy standoff outside the Westwood federal building. The suspect, not yet officially identified but believed to be 56-year-old Joe Moshe, is accused of making a threat against the White House.
