Lisker won't be retried

Prosecutors still insist that Bruce Lisker probably killed his mother, but the DA's office says a new trial is problematic given the passage of time. Lisker's conviction was overturned by a federal court two months ago. In 2005, a Los Angeles Times investigation pointed to flaws in the case against Lisker.
