Levin takes to the radio

Following his toss-down of the gauntlet last night (reported first at LAO, I feel like saying), TMZ boss Harvey Levin guests tonight on "Which Way, L.A.?" to talk about the violation of his cellphone records by sheriff's investigators probing the leak of the 2006 Mel Gibson arrest report. On with Levin for the discussion are Mike Gennaco, chief attorney of the County's Office of Independent Review, and Californian's Aware general counsel Terry Francke. Earlier in the show, host Warren Olney talks to City Attorney Carmen Trutanich about his proposal to regulate medical marijuana dispensaries. 7:30 p.m. on KCRW, 89.9 FM and on the web.
