Editor & Publisher announced late Thursday that it has been acquired by Duncan McIntosh Co. Inc., an Irvine-based publisher and trade show operator. Per paidContent, which says no terms were disclosed. Some staff will stay with the magazine but not editor Gregg Mitchell. The new editor is 26-year E&P vet Mark Fitzgerald.
