The real Joan Jett and Cherie Currie made the scene in Sundance for "The Runaways" premiere over the weekend. For Currie, it must be a fun break from her Chatsworth Chainsaw Chick routine. (I recently caught a few minutes of Foxes, the Jodie Foster vehicle from 1980 where she and Currie play troubled San Fernando Valley teens. Currie's character gets killed off.) The still above is from a flip video interview Anne Thompson of IndieWire did with Kristen Stewart, who plays Jett in the film, and Dakota Fanning, who plays Currie.
