Southwest cancels flights at Burbank, Ontario and OC

Southwest Airlines is canceling most arrivals and departures this afternoon at Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, and in Ontario, Orange County, San Diego, Phoenix and Tucson, because of high wind conditions.
