Variety sued by 'Iron Cross' producers

Variety may continue to insist that the negative review for the movie "Iron Cross" was only pulled from the website for fact vetting, and not because it upset the producers. But now the producers have sued Variety, contending the review violated the terms of a $400,000 deal with the trade to promote the movie for Oscar consideration.
