Wienermobile sighting on the 405

weinermobile-on-405.jpg
We're wallowing in pre-June gloom on the Westside these days, but Katie Keating had a ray of virtual sunshine find her on the freeway this morning. The original L.A. food truck?

My morning commute to Marina del Rey was brightened when the Wienermobile in all its glory came up the ramp on the 405! Begs so many questions like...what did they put on their DMV approval papers? "Giant hotdog people mover?" Why did they make it as large as a school bus? Does the wiener also double as a storage compartment?

Needless to say, an exciting morning. Thought you might enjoy!

All good questions. Thanks! Oscar Mayer Wienermobile website
